The first three weeks on Google+ have been an experiment in total immersion or addiction, depending upon how you view the life of the early adopter. I have been reading, connecting, sharing and experimenting with all facets of this new platform and have found many beneficial uses from both a personal and business stand-point. While Google+ is still in Beta and by Invitation only, the flood gates will soon be open to the general population. It is not an easy concept to grasp, so one will need to be armed with a few Tips & Tricks lists to assist with the early maneuvering.
